We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately once published on this page. Your continued website use after updates constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.
- Eligibility to Use
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your country/region to place orders on our Website. By using our site, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding purchase agreement and provide true, accurate, and complete personal and shipping information.
- Product Information & Pricing
We strive to display accurate product images, descriptions, sizes, colors, and features for all our ginger jar products. Our ginger jars are handmade porcelain crafts; due to manual production, screen display differences, and lighting conditions, minor subtle variations in color, texture, or detail may exist between the actual item and online photos, which do not constitute product defects or quality issues.
All product prices displayed on the Website are final and include applicable taxes as stated in our Shipping Policy. Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, size, and destination. We may offer free shipping promotions occasionally at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to adjust product prices, correct pricing errors, or modify promotional activities at any time without prior notice.
- Order Acceptance & Payment
When you complete checkout and submit payment, you are placing a binding order request with us. We reserve the right to verify orders, cancel orders, or refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect pricing information, suspected fraud, repeated abnormal orders, or unavailable inventory.
All payments must be completed through our authorized secure payment gateways. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all ordered products and shipping fees.
- Shipping & Delivery Terms
All shipping and delivery rules, including processing time, international delivery timeframes, tax & duty coverage, and shipping fee rules, are governed strictly by our official Shipping Policy.
Standard processing time: 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by region: Europe (7–14 days), United States & Americas (8–21 days), other countries (10–21 days). Delivery delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues, weather, or force majeure are beyond our responsibility.
